  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (fan oven 180 °C). Cut the potatoes into long, thick pieces. Put them in a large oven dish with the drumsticks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the juice of both lemons, the grated garlic, the olive oil, the oregano, the crumbled stock cube and 150 ml of water.
  3. Pour it over the chicken and potatoes, mix to coat everything and add salt. Roast for 45 minutes, turning the potatoes once, until there is no pink meat near the bone.

Raw meat and fish: don't wash them. Use a separate board for them, and wash your hands and the knife afterwards.
