Why it worksThe potatoes go in 25 minutes before the fish, because fish cooks much faster and goes dry if it cooks too long.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 210 °C (fan oven 190 °C). Cut the potatoes into 1 cm slices. Mix them on an oven tray with the olive oil, chopped garlic, paprika and a pinch of salt. Roast for 25 minutes.
  2. Put the frozen fish on top of the potatoes and the frozen peas around them. Squeeze the lemon over everything.
  3. Roast for 20 more minutes, until the fish is white all the way through and breaks into flakes.
