  1. Start cooking the pasta as the packet says. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the passata and let it bubble gently until the pasta is ready.
  3. Stir the drained tuna into the sauce. Before draining the pasta, keep 100 ml of the cooking water.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix it into the sauce with a little of the water. Add salt and pepper.
