Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 290 g tinned tuna
- 300 g sweetcorn
- 500 g passata
- 150 g onions
- 100 g grated gouda
- 15 ml sunflower oil
Method
- Heat the oven to 200 °C (fan oven 180 °C). Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less than the packet says. It will finish cooking in the oven.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the chopped onion for 5 minutes. Add the passata and let it bubble for 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta. Mix it into the sauce with the drained tuna and sweetcorn. Add salt and pepper.
- Put everything in an oven dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and has brown spots.
