  1. Heat the oven to 220 °C (fan oven 200 °C). Prick two big potatoes all over with a fork. Rub them with a little of the oil and some salt. Bake for 55 minutes, until soft inside.
  2. While they bake, heat the rest of the oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the chopped onion for 5 minutes. Add the drained white beans, the passata and the paprika. Let it bubble gently for 10 minutes and add salt.
  3. Cut the potatoes open and mash the inside a little with a fork. Put the beans and grated cheese on top.
