Why it worksCrushing half the potato holds the filling together, and the other half stays in pieces, so every bite has texture.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes into 2 cm cubes. Boil them for 10 minutes, until soft. Drain well.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Cook the chopped onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the potatoes. Crush about half of them with a fork so the filling sticks together. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for 3 minutes, until hot. Add salt.
  4. Warm the wraps in a dry pan for 20 seconds on each side. Fill them with the potato and roll them up.
