  1. Cook the noodles as the packet says. Drain them and rinse with cold water. Beat the eggs in a cup.
  2. Slice the cabbage and carrot thinly. Chop the garlic and slice the spring onions.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan on the highest heat. Fry the cabbage and carrot for 3 minutes, until they have some brown spots. Add the garlic.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side. Pour the eggs into the empty space and stir until just set.
  5. Add the noodles, the ketjap manis and the sambal. Mix well for 2 minutes, until everything is dark and shiny. Turn off the heat and add the spring onions.
