Why it worksPaprika burns quickly in hot oil and turns bitter. Stirring it into the oil after you turn off the heat is enough to bring out its flavour.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. Add the frozen green beans and the eggs to the same pot and boil for 9 more minutes.
  2. Drain everything. Cool the eggs under the cold tap and peel them.
  3. Slice the garlic. Warm it in the olive oil in a small pan on low heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the paprika.
  4. Pour the garlic oil over the potatoes and beans and add salt. Cut the eggs in half and put them on top.
