Method

  1. Chop the onion, carrot and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pot on medium heat and cook them for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the 3 tins of lentils. Add them with the passata, the bay leaves and 700 ml of water. Let it bubble gently for 15 minutes. Taste and add salt.
  3. Take out the bay leaves. Put the vinegar on the table, so everyone can add a spoon to their bowl.
